  limited edition of nine tapes. nine track album + six track ep. tapes were spray painted black, then a pentagram painted using a brush dipped in silver spraypaint, across all nine tapes, creating a collective image. then hand stamped silver acrylic text on flipside. after painting, all cases were upgraded with new internal components; spools of better type I tape, felt and metal shield, wheels, screws and cleared of any paint debris. no dolby noise reduction encoding.
  
  side A: the gray tape; full album, in it's proper sequence. initially released as three EP's intentionally out of order. the track's released on the first installment are the album's opening, center and closing tracks. the second installment plays forward after the opener. the third installment plays in reverse order following the center to the closing. thus creating a mirrored symmetry and flowing track-list. in this mirrored order the three segments have been assembled as the seamless album they were intended to play as and further meticulously tracked to cassette tape. it was the plan from the beginning of conceptualizing the release. the challenges faced in creating the physical tapes are too long to list. the intended sound of the album [before going to actual tape] is that of a tape possibly found in the aftermath of and leading up to whatever apocalypse it is the soundtrack to, a tape on the verge of breaking, slowly catching fire and by the end, well, ...riddance...
